We currently use national couriers to deliver all of our orders across the UK. Please see the following Delivery Information:
- Our daily cut-off time for dispatches is 2.00pm (except for Saturday & Sunday deliveries when the cut-off time is 12 noon Friday).
- We do not dispatch on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays
- In order to keep delivery charges at a minimum, our couriers will not make deliveries on Bank Holidays.
- We are able to offer Next Day, Timed, Saturday and Sunday deliveries by prior arrangement with our sales team at an additional cost.
- Non receipt of an order by the customer due to no-one being at the delivery address to receive it and the customer not responding to the “Please get in touch with us card” (which in these circumstances will have been left by the courier and provides the customer with contact details to arrange a mutually convenient time to deliver) will result in the order being shipped back to us and we will incur a return charge. Therefore, should the customer require the order to be re-sent a charge of £30.00 will apply to cover the return charges and additional administration A refund of the order cost to the customer will not apply under these circumstances.
England, Scotland, Wales & Isle of Wight only
Orders for delivery within 15 miles of Taunton may be made by ourselves at a time mutually convenient to both ourselves and the customer. To discuss this please phone on 01823 256546.
Outside of this, delivery is £9.99 for orders below £100.00 or FREE for orders over £100.00. Delivery time for stock items to these locations is usually 2-3 working days from receipt of order and payment but these delivery times are a guide and are not guaranteed.
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Grampian, Scottish Highlands, Orkney, Shetland or Western Isles
Standard Delivery is £26.99 for orders below £200.00 or FREE for orders over £200.00 (with the exception of large or bulky items for which carriage may have to be revised.
